Higher Solutions is owned and managed by Claire Nichol and Andrew Paice. Both Directors have physiotherapy degrees as well as Masters in Business Administration. Claire and Andrew have also been trained as mediators under the LEADR mediation training program.

Higher Solutions utilises the services and expertise of health professionals including:

Our Specialty Services

Higher Solutions has extensive expertise in assisting workers who have developed a stress or physical injury as a result of their employment. All Higher Solutions staff have qualifications and experience in this area, and as a result, we have achieved excellent outcomes in assisting people back to work in caring and positive environment.

Higher Solutions also have many years of experience working in the private, public and non-government school system assisting teachers, school office staff, technical staff and principals to return to the workforce after a workplace injury.
